This policy explains when and how you can get a refund from Snapx. By buying from Snapx, you agree with these rules.
1. When You Can Get a Refund
We offer refunds only in these cases:
- Technical problems: You bought something but cannot use it because of system issues β and we cannot fix it soon.
- Unauthorized purchase: Someone used your account to buy without your permission β and you tell us quickly.
2. How to Ask for a Refund

- Info about the purchase (transaction ID and date)
- Why you want a refund (and any proof if needed)
We will review your request and may ask for more information. If approved, we will send the refund soon, as allowed by the law.
3. How We Refund
We will return your money using the same payment method you used β unless we agree to something else.
Please note: it might take a few days for the money to show in your account.
4. When Refunds Are NOT Given
We do not give refunds if:
- You just changed your mind.
- There are small issues that donβt stop the product or service from working properly.
